General Bonus Conditions

9Account Suspension and Closure Rules

• Failing to finish KYC verification within a reasonable period

When an account is suspended pending the outcome of an investigation, the balance inside will be frozen until the review is done. If the investigation finds that no violation took place, the account will be reinstated and the funds released. But if the violation is confirmed, part or all of the balance may be forfeited.
